The CT Working Families Party is a grassroots political, non-profit that fights for issues important to regular people such as affordable healthcare and fair wages. In 2007, Working Families successfully elected two candidates to the Hartford City Council. This year, we will play an instrumental role in elections across the state. We will be hiring field representatives to connect with voters throughout the state to help progressive candidates. Field representatives must have strong verbal and written communication skills, a passion for social and economic justice, and an ability to work independently and think quickly. This job provides great experience and will look great on a resume. We provide full paid training. The compensation is $325 per week.
